Kathi Muhammad

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

 

Kathi Muhammad founded the organization; Serving Women Across Generations (S.W.A.G) after retiring from the Federal Government with 30 years of service.  During her years with the Department of Defense, she served as the Chief of Administrative Services and as a Combined Federal Campaign Loaned Executive.  She was awarded the Office of Secretary of Defense Award for Excellence based on her accomplishments.  She is the recipient of the coveted Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service. She received her Master’s Degree in Administration and Leadership.

 

She is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Sisters 4Sisters Network Inc., Take Charge Book Club, and Senior Professional Women’s Association. Outside of professional interests, she travels widely, reads, writes, and enjoys her husband, five children and three grandchildren.
