Dr. Kathi Muhammad is a woman who has lived many seasons, and from each one, she has gathered wisdom, resilience, and a deep desire to uplift others. As the founder of Serving Women Across Generations, she didn't just create a nonprofit; she created a community. A space where women can show up as they are, share their stories without judgment, and learn from one another in ways that feel healing, empowering, and real.

Her passion for this work comes from witnessing how disconnected women can feel, even while carrying so much strength. She believes that when women of different ages sit together, when a young woman's ambition meets an elder's wisdom, when a mother's experience meets a sister's encouragement, something powerful happens. Walls come down. Confidence rises. Healing begins.

 

Known for her warmth, authenticity, and ability to make every woman feel seen, she leads with heart first. Whether she's mentoring a young woman finding her voice or holding space for someone rebuilding her life, she shows up with compassion, honesty, and a belief that every woman deserves community.

 

Through Serving Women Across Generations, she is building a legacy rooted in connection, one that honors where women have been, celebrates where they are, and supports where they're going next.
